Assistant Manager Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Manager Finance will monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, analyze month and year end processes & assist in budget process.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting of CFI, unit wise and consolidated profitability statement, board report, PPE schedule and purchase report.
Preparation of SGL head office budget and assisting in preparation of annual budget.
Analyzing unit wise monthly expense variances through GR55
Review and clearing outstanding GR IR supplies and charges on regular basis
Preparing of monthly cost center and GL Wise group cost and posting of differential group cost.
Responsible to assist financial audit teams for the audit of annual accounts of SSL.
Filing of monthly sales tax filing, withholding statement.
Preparation of annual income tax working of SSL.
Coordination with lawyer for legal notice of recovery of old ousting receivable from customer.
Dealing with bank for investment purpose.
