HR Shared Service Specialist
- Perform HR shared services activities (Payroll, Final Settlements, Employee Hiring, Employee transfer, Cost Center Management) on SAP.
- Establish Service Level Agreement (SLA) with stakeholder on delivering HR Services.
- Develop a dashboard to track HR shared service activities through system generated reports.
- Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze and implement the need for system enhancement or customization on SAP & Success Factor
- Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data, troubleshoot irregularities & support data governance processes
- Hands on experience with SAP – HCM. Success Factor (preferred).
- Understand how attendance, leave management & payroll works.
- Strong MS Excel skills
